Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver excellent client support, manage accounts, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
Responsibilities include handling phone, email, and chat inquiries; maintaining accurate records in CRM; escalating issues; and assisting client onboarding and renewals.
Qualifications: 1–2 years customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM familiarity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
