Job Description
Join our team as a Legal Officer responsible for providing practical legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting dispute resolution, and managing corporate records. You will work closely with internal teams to mitigate legal risks, develop policies, and oversee external counsel when needed. Candidate must hold a law degree, be admitted to the bar, and have 2+ years of corporate or commercial law experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple matters under tight deadlines, are required.
