Job Description
We are seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to ensure company systems meet regulatory and internal policy requirements. You will perform risk assessments, audit controls, monitor compliance with frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR), prepare reports, coordinate remediation, and support security and IT teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT audit or compliance, strong knowledge of control frameworks, analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are a plus. This role requires problem-solving, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
