Job Description
We seek a Customer Service & Shipping Manager to lead customer support and oversee order fulfillment. Responsibilities include managing the support team, ensuring timely shipping, coordinating with carriers, resolving escalations, optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting performance metrics. Required: 3+ years in customer service or logistics, strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work cross-functionally is essential. This role will improve customer satisfaction and delivery reliability.
