Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with project management and ensure that the executive team is prepared for daily tasks and meetings.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong attention to detail. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
