Job Description
We seek a Head of Program to lead strategy, design, and delivery of our programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, set KPIs, ensure monitoring and evaluation, cultivate stakeholder partnerships, and maintain compliance and quality. The role requires 7+ years in program management, proven leadership, budgeting and M&E skills, excellent communication, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. You will report to the Executive Director and drive impact through data-informed decisions and team development. Strong English and commitment to our mission are required.
