Job Description
We seek an experienced Chief of Party to lead a multi-year development program. The COP will provide strategic leadership, oversee project implementation, manage budgets and donor relations, ensure technical quality and compliance, and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior management experience in international development, strong financial and stakeholder management skills, proven experience with donor reporting, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure are required.
