Job Description
We seek a friendly Front Desk Officer to manage reception and clerical duties at Datagridx Telecoms. You will be the company’s first impression—greeting visitors, handling calls, mail, inquiries, complaints, and maintaining a tidy reception. Duties include scheduling, monitoring supplies and expenses, sorting mail and email, and basic office tasks. Candidates should be proficient in English, MS Office (Excel, Word), familiar with office machines, and possess strong communication, organization, multitasking and customer-service skills. Basic bookkeeping knowledge and a high school diploma required; extra qualifications a plus. Full-time; salary from ₦150,00 per month.
