Job Description
Debmyk Consult is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Head of Internal Audit & Compliance. This role is vital in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within our bank.
Key responsibilities include leading the internal audit function, developing comprehensive audit plans, conducting regular audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing detailed reports for management and the Board.
The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc Degree or HND in Accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of auditing experience, preferably in a Microfinance Bank. Professional qualifications such as CIBN, ICAN, or ACCA are required.
