Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Client Services Consultant to join our team at dejiandkola in Lagos. This full-time position involves consulting with walk-in customers and assisting with sales of men’s clothing.
The ideal candidate should possess a broad knowledge of men’s fashion, styling techniques, and fabric characteristics. You will work closely with tailors and ensure all customer apparel meets their needs while analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.
Qualifications include a BSC/HND in Fashion or a related field, prior experience in men’s fashion, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
