Job Description

We seek to hire a Customer Service Representative to help provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, manage reservations, and provide accurate information

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Update and maintain customer records in the database with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while adhering to service quality standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures to provide effective support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
