Job Description
Lead culture and change initiatives across Nigeria and West Africa. Manage end-to-end client engagements, conduct organizational culture diagnostics, apply change management to embed behaviors, mentor teams, and advise on strategy, design, and implementation. Require 7–10 years in HR, culture/change, or transformation; bachelor’s in Business, HRM, Economics or Social Sciences. MBA or certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) preferred. Strong analytical, stakeholder, communication, and project leadership skills; consulting experience a plus.
