Job Description
We are seeking a Health Law Compliance Officer to ensure healthcare operations meet legal and regulatory standards. You will develop policies, conduct audits, advise clinical teams, and manage incident responses.
Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, implementing compliance programs, training staff, coordinating investigations, and reporting to leadership. You will work with legal counsel and external agencies to reduce risk and ensure patient privacy (HIPAA) and licensing compliance.
Requirements: law degree or healthcare compliance certification, 3+ years in health law or compliance, strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Attention to detail and ethical judgment required.
