Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse for our General Medical & Surgical Services department. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
The successful applicant must possess a valid nursing license and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with at least one year in a leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
