Job Description
Deon’s Cottage seeks a Griller to cook fish, chicken, turkey, beef and other proteins; prepare marinades and sauces; control heat and doneness; maintain the grill station; assist plating and packaging; handle special requests and report hazards. Candidates need strong grilling, timing, and food-safety knowledge, ability to work under heat and pressure, and good teamwork. Experience as a griller or kitchen assistant and basic equipment knowledge helpful; food safety training a plus. Full/part-time and permanent roles. Benefits: one free meal per shift and company accommodation. Salary from ₦70,00/month.
