Job Description
Urgent Recruitment for a Sales & Marketing Manager at Design Tek Empire, a Real Estate company located in Ajah, Lagos.
Salary Budget: 400k – 500k net + commission on sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team
- Recruit a sales team
- Drive the team to meet sales targets
- Promote company products and close transactions
- Develop and maintain business relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
Proximity to Ajah is a plus.
