Job Description
We are hiring a Supermarket Operation Manager to lead daily store operations, optimize inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage staff scheduling and training, oversee merchandising and stock replenishment, enforce safety and loss-prevention procedures, and meet sales and cost targets. The role requires 3+ years of retail or supermarket management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to analyze KPIs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain compliance with health and labor regulations is essential.
