Job Description
Devien Consult, a human resources consulting firm, is hiring a Facility Supervisor for a residential apartment on Lekki Conservation Road, Lagos. Full-time, real estate industry. You will oversee daily facility operations and maintenance, ensure electrical, plumbing, and building systems function, coordinate technicians and vendors, perform routine inspections, maintain maintenance records and inventory, and respond to issues and emergencies. Requirements: OND/HND or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field; proven facility/property supervision experience (residential apartment experience preferred); basic building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing knowledge; strong supervision, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and independent multitasking skills.
