Job Description
We are hiring a Telecom Installation Technician to install, test, and maintain fiber and copper networks, customer premises equipment, and related hardware. Duties include fiber splicing, cable termination, OTDR and signal testing, troubleshooting, documenting work, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 1+ years of field or telecom installation experience, a valid driver’s license, basic electrical knowledge, and the physical ability to climb poles and lift equipment. Fiber certifications, OSHA training, strong communication skills, and willingness to work occasional nights/weekends are a plus. Competitive pay and on-the-job training provided.
