Job Description
DO-II Designs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the Sales, Marketing & Projects department.
Key responsibilities include managing the MD’s schedule, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and acting as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 / Month.
