Job Description
Don Quester Consulting seeks a full-time Grill Chef for Ojota, Lagos. Prepare and season meats, poultry, fish, seafood, and vegetables; monitor grill temperatures and cooking times; ensure consistent portioning, plating, presentation, and strict food safety and hygiene. Maintain the grill station, assist with inventory control and waste reduction, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff. Requirements: SSCE minimum (OND or culinary training preferred), 2–3 years’ experience as a Grill Chef or similar, strong grilling and fast-paced kitchen skills, good communication, and food safety knowledge. Salary ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month. In-person role.
