Job Description
Location: Ojota, Lagos. Don Quester Consulting is hiring a Bread Baker to produce high-quality breads for hotel operations and retail. Duties include preparing dough, proofing, baking, monitoring ovens and timings, ensuring consistent presentation and quantity, managing ingredient orders and inventory electronically, maintaining hygiene and food-safety standards, operating bakery equipment, delegating daily tasks, and supporting team workflow. Requirements: SSCE (OND preferred), minimum 1 year baking experience, vocational training or apprenticeship a plus, ability to follow recipes, work under pressure including night shifts, and strong time-management and customer focus. Full-time; ₦70,00–₦100,00/month; in person.
