Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lagos State, Nigeria, for Early Years Teachers. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate learning activities, monitoring student development, maintaining clear communication with parents, and collaborating with colleagues to support holistic student growth. Teachers are expected to promote creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning while meeting the unique needs of each child.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design developmentally appropriate educational programs.
  • Sound foundation in Education principles, with expertise in early years’ teaching methodologies.
  • Strong aptitude in Communication to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in Teaching and Training, with a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • A passion for child development and the ability to inspire creativity and curiosity among young learners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (professional certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with the British curriculum and familiarity with international teaching standards is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent time management and classroom management skills.
