Job Description
Dreams by DV8 Hotel, a luxury hotel in Surulere, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to enhance our world-class service. We pride ourselves on treating every guest like family, fostering a tranquil atmosphere paired with modern architecture.
In this full-time role, you will coordinate hiring processes, onboard new employees, monitor performance, and provide counseling on policies. You will also oversee payroll administration, employee satisfaction, health and safety, and contribute to staff development.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry. Monthly salary ranges from N300,00 to N350,00.
