Job Description
Dunn and Braxton seeks a Business Unit Head to lead Printing & Packaging operations, sales, and product development. Define strategy, manage P&L, optimize production, ensure quality/regulatory compliance, and grow revenue. Lead cross-functional teams; capacity planning, cost control, vendor and key account management. Requirements: bachelor’s in engineering/business, 8+ years in printing/packaging with 3+ years leadership, strong commercial acumen, negotiation, process improvement, proven margin and on-time delivery record, excellent communication, analytical skills, safety and sustainability focus.
