Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Duplo as a Risk and Compliance Junior Associate. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and compliance programs, support audits, monitor regulatory compliance, and help identify potential risks within our operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of compliance regulations. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
