Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Payment Operations to lead and optimize payment processing, reconciliation, risk controls, and partnerships across gateways and banks.

Responsibilities include managing daily payment operations, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, overseeing settlement and chargebacks, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications: 7+ years in payments or fintech, strong leadership, analytical skills, experience with payment platforms, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.
