Job Description
e-Clinic & Diagnostic Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Care Representative. You will welcome patients, manage appointments and registrations, handle billing inquiries and payments, maintain accurate and confidential records, guide visitors, liaise with clinicians and perform basic administrative duties. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree/HND in arts, science, humanities or a related field, have at least one year of customer service experience (healthcare preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with scheduling/billing systems and MS Office, accuracy handling patient data, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic. Job Type: Full-time.
