Job Description
- A reputable Consulting firm is seeking to engage a Front Desk Officer to support front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
- This opportunity is ideal for a Corps Member currently serving or redeployed to Abuja who is looking to gain valuable experience in a professional and service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain the reception area and manage front office functions
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the admin and operations team
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and front-desk coordination
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member posted to Abuja
- HND or B.Sc. in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Neat appearance and a professional attitude.
Salary
N50,00 – N100,00 / Month.
