Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a Mine Superintendent for its Abuja quarry/mine site. Reporting to the Mine Manager, this full-time role coordinates daily mining operations, supervises foremen and operators, manages drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and crushing, allocates equipment and manpower, implements short-term plans, tracks production metrics, enforces HSE and manages shifts. Required: 5–10 years in mining/quarrying/drilling/heavy equipment operations with at least 2 years supervising; undergraduate preferred. Technical skills in production scheduling, equipment dispatch, drill/blast coordination and shift management. Strong leadership, discipline, safety orientation and problem-solving are essential.
