Job Description
The Supermart / Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a Senior Human Resources Lead based in Abuja (Gwarinpa). Senior-level (8+ years) HR professional to lead HR strategy for our retail operation, partner with leadership, and drive recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related (HR certifications a plus), 8+ years’ strategic HR and HRBP experience, strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, and excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.
