Job Description
Join Eden Solutions and Resources as an HR Operations Lead in Abuja. You will coordinate daily HR tasks, supervise HR officers and recruiters, review recruitment records, maintain staff files and contracts, and support onboarding and performance reviews. Assist with role descriptions, interview summaries, HR service work for clients, and basic policy updates. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and Nigerian labor regulations. Require a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in HR operations and recruitment support, experience supervising junior staff, strong organization, clear communication, and discretion handling confidential information. Full-time role. Salary ₦300,00–₦450,00/month.
