Job Description
Join our finance team as a Billing Intern and gain hands-on experience preparing invoices, reconciling payments, and handling billing inquiries while learning accounting systems and reporting.
Responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billable entries, posting payments, reconciling accounts, following up on overdue invoices, and assisting with month-end close under supervision.
We seek a detail-oriented accounting or finance student with strong Excel skills, good communication, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn. Availability for a temporary internship and basic billing software familiarity is a plus.
