Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop career strategies for talents.
- Identify projects through networking and industry connections.
- Prepare clients for auditions and public appearances.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client logistics.
- Build trusting relationships with talents.
- Advocate for talents’ interests.
- Participate in industry networking events.
Requirements: At least 4 years as a Talent Manager, strong industry network, and excellent communication skills.
