Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Elders Group as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our security products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
- Provide information about security systems and services.
- Coordinate service appointments with technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Identify upselling opportunities and assist with client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in security or tech.
- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.
Salary: N50,00 – N70,00 / month.
