Job Description
Elders Travels and Tours is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with expertise in visa packaging. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide guidance on visa application processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of visa applications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and visa packaging.

Salary: N50,00 Monthly
