Job Description
We seek an Executive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, and confidential document handling. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in prioritizing tasks, communicating professionally, and using office software. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing briefings, liaising with internal teams and external partners, expense reporting, and managing special projects. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent English communication, discretion, and 3+ years in an executive support role preferred.
