Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting seeks an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to run a busy Akala Expressway, Ibadan location. Full-time, permanent; 6 days/week (including weekends); 7-day oversight availability. Salary: ₦80,00/month. Duties: supervise food prep/service, staff scheduling/training, inventory/supplier management, cost control, safety compliance, customer resolution, and sales reporting. Requirements: proven fast-paced restaurant management, leadership, food safety/inventory knowledge, strong organization, ability to work long hours, resident on Akala Expressway, available to start December 2025.
