Job Description

We are hiring an Event Assistant to support planning and execution of corporate and social events. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, managing event schedules, assisting setup and breakdown, greeting guests, handling registrations, and providing on-site logistical support. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, multitasking abilities, basic budget tracking skills, and a customer-service mindset. Previous event or hospitality experience and familiarity with MS Office are preferred. Must be available for flexible hours including nights and weekends.
