<p>About the Role <br />We are looking for proactive and results-driven State Coordinators to oversee the marketing and sales of solar products within their residential state. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking, marketing, and sales skills who are passionate about promoting renewable energy solutions.<br />As a State Coordinator, you will lead grassroots marketing efforts, build customer networks, and drive sales of our solar products across your state.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Promote and market solar products within your assigned state.</li>
<li>Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and distributors.</li>
<li>Organize local marketing activities and outreach campaigns</li>
<li>Build and manage a network of sales representatives/agents (where applicable)</li>
<li>Provide regular sales and activity reports.</li>
</ul>
<p>Compensation</p>
<ul>
<li>Commission-Based Pay: Earnings are directly tied to the volume of sales you generate — the more you sell, the more you earn.</li>
<li>In addition, a ₦30,000 Monthly Allowance to support administrative and logistics expenses</li>

<p>About the Role</p>
<p>VivaFemini is seeking a data-driven and battle-tested Growth Operations Manager to own our user acquisition engine. We are not looking for a traditional marketer; we need an operations &#8220;General&#8221; from the Fintech, FMCG, or Gig-economy sectors who knows how to manage a high-performance field force to drive massive app install volumes.</p>
<p>You are responsible for the &#8220;Engine Room&#8221; of our growth. You will lead a team of field sales agents to hit aggressive monthly targets, ensuring every download translates into a verified, active, and logged-in user.</p>
<p>Core Responsibilities</p>

<li>High-Velocity Acquisition: Own the monthly acquisition target. You will design and execute the daily &#8220;battle plan&#8221; for field activations at high-traffic hubs (markets, campuses, hospitals, and transport clusters).</li>

<li>Institutional &#8220;Bulk&#8221; Installs: Negotiate and close &#8220;bulk install&#8221; deals with schools, large clinics, and community organizations where we can onboard hundreds of users in a single activation.</li>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Talent Development</p>
<p>Lead Group-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using PMS data, competency gaps, and business priorities.</p>
<p>Design and execute annual learning plans covering technical, leadership, compliance, and behavioural capability.</p>
<p>Manage L&amp;D vendors, ensuring quality delivery and value for money.</p>
<p>Oversee LMS administration, learning records, and compliance tracking.</p>
<p>Conduct training impact and ROI assessments, not just attendance reporting.</p>
<p>Manage the L&amp;D budget responsibly.</p>
<p>Performance Management</p>
<p>Own the Performance Management System (PMS) including JD alignment, KPI setting, and cascading.</p>
<p>Manage the full PMS cycle in line with the approved calendar.</p>
<p>Produce PMS dashboards, analytics, and management reports.</p>
<p>Translate PMS outcomes into training plans, rewards, sanctions, and performance improvement actions.</p>
