Job Summary: Emiliodecor is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to manage daily operations in our concrete production plant. This role focuses on ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure quality standards.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor performance.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in concrete manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
