Job Description
The Lounge Manager at Emiliodecor in Lagos oversees daily lounge operations in the hospitality industry, ensuring exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and scheduling staff; managing inventory and supplier relations; handling guest inquiries and complaints; maintaining cleanliness and safety standards; tracking sales and preparing reports; and supporting events. Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred; 1–3 years in hospitality management or customer service; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask under pressure and a customer-focused attitude. Full-time role. Pay: ₦100,00/month with accommodation provided.
