ENEJ Supermarket, a premier retail outlet located in Lekki/Eleganza, Lagos, is seeking an Operations Supervisor. This full-time position offers a salary of N150,00 and comes with accommodation.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and support staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing measures to prevent stock loss. The successful candidate will also manage customer interactions and maintain the store’s appearance.
Applicants should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
