Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients to increase the customer base. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, achieving set sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The role offers flexibility, allowing for both in-office work and some remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, financial services, or the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
