Job Description
Join our team as a Network Operations Center Engineer responsible for 24/7 monitoring, incident detection, and first-line troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and core services. You will use NMS/SNMP, syslog, and ticketing systems to identify, escalate, and resolve network issues, document incidents, and support change management. Must be comfortable with shift work, on-call rotations, and clear customer communication. Required: 2+ years in NOC or network support, TCP/IP, routing, and switching experience. CCNA or equivalent preferred. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
