Job Description
Equity Specialist Hospital in Lagos seeks a Patient Service Representative. Full-time role handling patient registration, appointment management, HMO liaison for pre-authorizations and claims, basic billing, and EMR recordkeeping. Candidates must have a Diploma or B.Sc. in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field; 1–2 years’ experience in hospital front desk or HMO coordination; familiarity with NHIS and private HMOs; strong Microsoft Office and EMR skills; and excellent communication and customer service abilities. Location: Lagos.
