Job Description
Our client, a leading microfinance bank, is dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses with smart savings solutions, flexible loans, and strategic investment opportunities tailored to meet their financial goals.
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, promote loan products, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients for loans and savings products.
- Promote microfinance offerings to individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Qualifications: HND/B.Sc. in a related field, at least 2 years of sales experience in microfinance or financial services, and strong communication skills.
