Job Description
We seek an organized Administrative Executive based in Mende/Surulere or nearby to support daily operations at ESOSA Food Systems and Innovations Limited. Responsibilities include ensuring fresh ingredients and supplies are ready for early production, monitoring material issuance per manager standards, maintaining attendance and filing systems, streamlining administrative procedures, booking travel and accommodations, preparing reports and presentations, authorizing fuel vouchers and reconciling usage, managing office inventory and expenses, receiving visitors, liaising with vendors, and enforcing company policies. The role also manages diaries, schedules meetings, and produces weekly material, cleaning, maintenance, and fuel reconciliation reports.
