Job Description
Espritsor Enterprises is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage general inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and mail sorting.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Must reside in or close to Ajah.
Salary: N80,00 Monthly.
