Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our facility’s maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and safety of all equipment and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance staff, developing maintenance schedules, and implementing safety protocols. The Maintenance Manager will also be tasked with troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in maintenance management, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
